sfc /scannow

Open Powershell by type Power Shell in the search box of Windows 10 and clicking the icon.

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

Hit Enter. The system would automatically reinstall all the apps. Just wait for the process to be completed.

Kill the Windows Explorer Process

Thanks for your help and tips… I tried a few of the things you mention but the ” start” button on my laptop does nor respond. I tried powershell and the scan that chek all files ,etc. But to no avail… I would appreciate if you have some more tips or programs to use. I downloaded Win 10 to my win 8 pc, I “end task” win Explorer. But I can’t turn off my laptop the ordinary way and i can’t access anything right clicking the start button, or left click, for that matter.
