The Surface Pro 8 has been through many upgrades due to problems with bugs and glitches, but this most current version is nearly flawless. The display size is only 13 inches, but the screen’s resolution is so strong that you can work as efficiently on your projects as possible with a larger device. The SSD 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB are in line with top-notch editing laptops.

My favorite thing about this computer is the screen because it is the easiest on the eyes I have found anywhere. The low glare and hi-def image quality don’t require much focus. There are several different options depending on your level of work – from 8GB, 16GB, or 32 GB RAM.

How Large Should the Screen Be?

A larger screen simultaneously visualizes your timeline, preview window, and editing tools. A 15.6-inch display can be the primary starting point, with 16 or 17-inch screens providing an even more immersive workspace.

Aside from the display’s sheer size, the resolution and pixel density also play a crucial role in providing a sharp and detailed viewing experience. A higher resolution, like 2K or 4K (3840 x 2160), can display your footage with incredible clarity, making it easier to spot subtle details and perform precise edits.
