I like the design of this USB-C Hub because it’s simple and matches my Macbook. It’s made of black aluminum, and it looks sleek and professional. It’s not too big or too small and lightweight, so it’s easy to carry around with you.
Ports
The UGREEN USB-C Hub offers many ports, including one HDMI port, one VGA port, one RJ45 Ethernet port, one Type-C Power Delivery 3.0 charging port, and three USB 3.0 Type-A ports which are perfect for connecting all of your old peripherals to your new device. Plus, the SD TF card slots are a great bonus.
There are nine ports in total, which are easily accessible and usable.
Performance
I’ve been using the UGREEN USB-C Hub for four years and am thrilled with its performance. The data transfer speeds are fast, and I’ve never had any issues. It’s also straightforward to use and compatible with all of my devices.
However, this is a new, first-version product at that time, so when using more than four ports simultaneously, it will get a little warm but not hot.
100W USB-C PD Charging Port
One of my favorite features of the UGREEN USB-C Hub is the 100W USB-C PD charging port, which allows you to charge your devices quickly and is very convenient. I’ve used it to charge my Macbook Pro and iPhone 11 Pro, and it works great.

The UGREEN 9-in-1 USB-C Hub was an excellent purchase for my 2017 MacBook Pro. It has allowed me to expand the number of ports on my computer, which is handy when I need to plug in multiple devices simultaneously. The hub has been very reliable for me over the past four years, and I haven’t had any problems with it.
One of the best things about the UGREEN 9-in-1 USB-C Hub is its affordability. I expected to pay a lot more for such a high-quality product. But even though it’s not the cheapest option, it’s still an excellent value for the money. I recommend this hub to anyone looking for an affordable way to add more ports to their MacBook.
